Exciting Opportunity: Head of Contracts & Compliance  
Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional with a passion for compliance? Our client is seeking a Head of Contracts & Compliance to ensure their diverse estates are safe, compliant, and efficiently maintained.
 
Your Role
Support Leadership: Assist the Partnership Director and FM Operations team in managing statutory compliance.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee control and monitoring of all statutory and non-statutory activities.
Governance: Ensure proper sub-contractor governance and adherence to HSE regulations.
Consistent Processes: Maintain consistency in service delivery across all sites.
Record Keeping: Ensure sites are compliant with robust record-keeping practices. What You Bring
Qualifications: Degree in building surveying, M&E engineering, or a construction-related discipline.
Experience: Extensive experience in statutory compliance and the built environment, with senior management experience.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of CMMS, SFG20 standards, and asset management.
Professional Membership: CIOB, RICS, CIBSE, IWFM.
People Management: Strong skills in managing and developing team members.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Why Apply?
