SEC SEN Lecturer - Multiskills - Cambridge
Teaching personnel's PWR team are looking for a versatile and experienced Lecturer in Multiskills to join an SEN College in Cambridge (CB4). This role involves teaching a range of practical skills to students with special educational needs, helping them develop the confidence and abilities to succeed. The successful candidate will be adaptable, patient, and passionate about empowering students.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and practical lessons in various multiskills.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment.
