ATK Solutions have an excellent contract opportunity for you to join an asset management consultancy.

Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to deliver a large condition survey programme.

Key job requirements include:

Undertaking a variety of Stock condition surveys investigating building defects
Liaising with clients and producing a high volume of surveys.
Inputting data on site We are seeking surveyors with excellent personal and communication skills and motivated to survey a high volume of surveys at the quality required.

You must be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor surveyor to be successful with your application.

Long term contract, flexible working and outside IR35.
