Permanent Opportunity: IT Operations Resilience Analyst

My client, a Not for Profit organisation in Central London is recruiting for an IT Operations Resilience Analyst to join the organisation on a permanent basis.

Location: Central London (hybrid)

Salary: £49,000 - £55,000 + Excellent benefits

The IT Operations Resilience Analyst will:

Manage security incidents and support crisis resolution
Develop and maintain technical resilience programs (security tools, training)
Implement security controls and procedures
Conduct security testing and training
Improve staff knowledge of security best practices
Work with IT Helpdesk to ensure efficient incident management
Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure secure deployments
Report to senior management
Liaise with suppliers and 3rd party providersThe IT Operations Resilience Analyst will have the following skills:

Information security controls and tools
IT operational security
Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Project managementThe IT Operations Resilience Analyst must have:

Experience supporting and implementing security controls
Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
