Key Responsibilities:

* Lead investigations, material sampling, and assessments of external wall systems to ensure safety and compliance.

* Analyse and document façade configurations, insulation properties, and fire performance.

* Provide strategic advice on regulatory risks and compliance, influencing key decisions on high-profile projects.

* Oversee construction works, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, design intent, and regulations.

* Conduct technical audits, tender reviews, and due diligence assessments, driving quality assurance.

* Collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative, future-proof solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

* 5+ years' experience in façade systems analysis or construction oversight, with a strong technical background.

* Degree in Building, Engineering, or related field; professional membership preferred.

* Expertise in façade systems, fire safety compliance, and UK Building Regulations.

* Strong analytical skills with experience in design reviews, regulatory assessments, and technical problem-solving.

* Exceptional communication and report-writing abilities, with a proactive approach to client engagement.
