We’re hiring for a PCB Assembly Technician to join an established and growing manufacturing business based in Salford.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the production team, ensuring high-quality electronic assemblies are manufactured to meet industry standards.

* Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm OR 8:00am – 4:30pm

What will you be doing as a PCB Assembly Technician?
* Hand soldering components to PCBs
* Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards
* Programming PCBs using test leads and fixtures
* Performing functional testing on PCBs
* Assembling PCBs using automated assembly equipment
* Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to the Purchasing Coordinator
What do you need?
* Experience in hand soldering and inspecting PCB components (J-STD-001 preferred)
* Familiarity with PCB programming and testing procedures
* Knowledge of working in an SMT manufacturing/production environment
* A proactive and organised approach to work
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
