Job Title: Project Manager – Full Envelope & Re-Cladding

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

About Us:
We are a leading UK subcontractor specialising in the external envelope sector, providing high-quality façade solutions, including full envelope systems and re-cladding works for commercial and residential projects. With an expanding portfolio of prestigious projects, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Manchester.

The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of full envelope and re-cladding projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders to manage all aspects of project delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of full envelope and re-cladding projects

*

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

*

Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants

*

Monitor project performance, including safety, quality, and cost control

*

Coordinate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and variations

*

Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings, providing reports to senior management

*

Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary

*

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the façade, cladding, or external envelope sector

*

Strong knowledge of full envelope systems and re-cladding processes

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

*

Strong understanding of project programming, cost control, and contract management

*

CSCS and SMSTS certifications

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required
