Long term freelance position Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on water/utilities packages
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs and maximise profits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
