We’re hiring for a Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Glossop.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment who’s confident managing people and processes alike.

What’s on offer?

* £28,000 per year

* Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

* 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

* Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)

What will you be doing as a Production Team Leader?

* Overseeing day-to-day production operations on the shop floor

* Motivating and managing a team to meet daily and weekly output targets

* Monitoring quality and ensuring products meet required standards

* Working closely with other departments to resolve production issues and streamline workflow

* Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a safe working environment

What do you need?

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Availability to work weekend where required (desirable)
