Assistance with NMC revalidation requirements.As a Senior Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the success of the home. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Deputy Clinical Manager with home management.
Providing clinical nursing leadership.
Ensuring high standards of resident care are maintained.
Leading and mentoring nursing staff.
Overseeing care plans and assessments.
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
Managing medication and treatments.The ideal Senior Nurse candidate will have:

Registered Nurse qualification.
At least 3 years of leadership experience in an Older Persons Residential Nursing setting.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
