Vehicle Technician - Basingstoke

Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established dealership in Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand, offering a competitive salary and excellent earning potential.

Position Details:

Location: Basingstoke
Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 weekends
Salary: £30,000 to £36,500
OTE: £50,000+Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles.
Diagnose and repair complex faults to the highest manufacturer standards.
Perform thorough inspections and ensure work is completed to a high level of accuracy.
Liaise with customers and service advisors, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records and comply with health and safety regulations.Requirements:

Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Previous experience in a dealership or independent workshop environment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
