Building Surveyor – Orpington

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-disciplinary firm seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team in Orpington. Key Responsibilities:

Undertake detailed surveys, including condition assessments, defect analysis, and feasibility studies.

Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents.

*

Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.

*

Assist in contract administration, working with various JCT contracts.

*

Advise on maintenance, repair, and statutory requirements.

*

Ensure adherence to planning and building regulations.

*

Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and address any issues.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced Building Surveyors with a strong background in property assessment and project management.

Professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent preferred).
