Key Responsibilities:

Undertake detailed surveys, including condition assessments, defect analysis, and feasibility studies.

Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents.

Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.

Assist in contract administration, working with various JCT contracts.
*
Advise on maintenance, repair, and statutory requirements.
*
Ensure adherence to planning and building regulations.
*
Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and address any issues.

Who We’re Looking For:
