We are looking for someone with previous sales experience to join us here at Search Consultancy as a Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis to help support the growth of our Sales & Service division in our London office near Borough Market!

This role is a sales based role where you will work with existing clients as well as grow your own business and support your clients with their recruitment needs.

Description:
* Build rapport with candidates and clients
* Create new business opportunities through creating a marketing plan to successfully win new business
* Maximise on existing business opportunities
* Attend client meetings to pitch for new business
* Interview prospective candidates for new roles as well as presenting them to prospective businesses
* Provide a high class services to everyone via phone, email and face to face
* Advise and consult with clients on trends

Experience within recruitment is not essential. To be considered for this role but experience within sales of any form will be needed. The only thing you need is resilience with a strong mindset to succeed in a sales based role with huge potential.
