Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of this bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Service: Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Staff Training & Development: Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the team, ensuring that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability while maintaining quality and service standards.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure the restaurant is always well-equipped.
Marketing & Promotion: Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive footfall and increase revenue. Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Proven experience in a management role within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
