Goodman Masson are delighted to be supporting a leading London based Housing Association in their search for an Interim Finance Manager to join their dedicated finance team on a 6 month contractual basis.
This is a remote role and will require someone with experience at this level within social housing, who is able to work autonomously and drive financial excellence within the team.
Core responsibilities include:-
Production of accurate monthly and quarterly management accounts
To produce the end of year financial statements and year end audit schedules for the annual audit and liaising with the auditors
Manage the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle to enhance the financial management capacities of budget holders
Identify and implement streamlined solutions for financial processes
Oversee and manage the AP functionThe person:
Must have experience working in a busy Housing Association finance function
ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified, or QBE
Excellent communication skills
