Our market leading client are looking for a Site Technical Manager who’s ready to take the lead and champion a food safety and quality culture that’s second to none.

What’s the role?

As Site Technical Manager, you’ll join both the Senior Leadership Team and Site Technical Team, leading a talented team of 12 (2 direct, 10 indirect reports).

You’ll take ownership of site technical standards, support production excellence, lead external audits, and drive continuous improvement – all while helping shape the company-wide food safety and quality strategy.

What we’re looking for:

* 5+ years in a senior technical role within the FMCG/food industry with dairy experience

* Strong BRC, HACCP, and quality system experience

* Food Safety & HACCP Level 3 or 4

* Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline

* A confident communicator and people leader, with a passion for coaching and developing teams

* Dairy science or batch cook process experience (desirable)

* Knowledge of CiP or UF plants (desirable)

* Multi-site management experience (desirable)
