Stafforce are recruiting for a Demand Planning and Customer Service Support role at Sofina Foods (Youngs Seafood), based in Grimsby for maternity cover of up to 1 year.

Hours; Monday- Friday 8.45am-5pm

Payrate; £14.32 p/h

The role;

Key responsibilities for the Demand Planning and Customer Service Support role are below;

Management of timely and accurate order processing
Primary daily point of contact for retailer supply chain contacts and internal business manager
Interpret customer intelligence to provide the best possible view of short term future sales
Support great service through proactive problem solving and identifying opportunities
Support Demand planner to create accurate forecasting on Sofco Demand.
Maximise consistent customer service to 98.5%
Maximise In Store availability to 99%
Improve forecast accuracy
Balance between customer and business expectations
Establish credibility with stakeholders

Skills and Experience required;

Analytical
Microsoft advanced
SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Attention to detail
Work on own initiative and collaborate as a team
