We are currently recruiting for a CustomerService Advisor, to join the team at our client, based on the outskirts of York

They are a well-established, market-leading turf supplier, close to Pocklington

The Role – Customer Service Advisor

·         As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for inbound enquiries and pro-active outbound calls to provide industry leading customer support. 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous telephone-based customer service experience, be a strong communicator and an excellent team player

Must have:

Previous Customer Service experience

Own transport to commute

Desirable:

Knowledge of Turf/Landscaping
