Customer Service Consultant: Shoreditch, London

Our expertise covers energy, payment services, telecommunications, waste, and water solutions. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients. 

The job: We’re looking for a Customer Service Consultant to engage with businesses, understand their needs, and help them navigate the best solutions for their utilities and services. You'll be the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service, gathering key information, and ensuring businesses receive the right guidance. 

What you’ll do day-to-day: 

Speaking to business customers across the UK to understand their needs and requirements around utilities and services 

Helping to assist our sales team by qualifying opportunities and gathering key details 

Providing accurate information on different utility solutions available to businesses 

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive the best possible support 

Developing knowledge of the utilities industry and staying up to date with market trends 

Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback 

Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey 

Requirements

No prior experience required – a great opportunity for those looking to kick start their career and gain experience.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport 

A proactive and problem-solving mindset 

Confidence speaking on the phone and understanding customer needs 

Willingness to learn about the utilities industry 

Ability to manage multiple conversations and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £18,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) + opportunity to earn commission
