Are you an experienced Assistant QS or Quantity Surveyor looking for your next career step within the built environment sector?

Our client, a successful and growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, is looking for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in Glasgow.

You'll become part of a collaborative, supportive network, delivering a diverse range of projects across sectors including Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Student Accommodation etc. Project values up to circa £250m.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and professional reports

* Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and on schedule

* Controlling daily project programming and planning

* Attending design team meetings, offering expert advice on cost and project control

Requirements:

* Proven experience within a construction consultancy environment

* Both pre & post contract project experience

* Extensive Property/Buildings project experience

* Comprehensive understanding of JCT & NEC forms of contract

* Excellent communication, client management, and reporting skills

* MRICS or actively pursuing Chartership

Benefits:

* Salary of £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
