Contract Scotland have an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our client as a New Home Sales Advisor in the Glasgow area.

As a New Home Sales Consultant you'll be the pivotal link between dream homes and happy homeowners. If you are someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment whilst building relationships and providing excellent customer service, this might be the opportunity for you...

The role itself will involve:

Ensuring that the general presentation of the site and that of the sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
Manage all aspects of sales and marketing activities on the development.
Ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey
Gather market and competitor research, awareness and relevant information
Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate the product
Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
Meet and exceed sales targets
As a potential candidate you will have:

Experience of working within a face to face customer service environment 
Experience of working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable
Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages)
Excellent presentation skills
Full UK Drivers License
Able to work weekends and bank holidays
