Key Responsibilities:

Posting payment receipts and allocating payments daily
Ensuring customer accounts are applied accurately
Creating, changing, and maintaining Business Partners
Collecting customer debts and emailing dunning letters as needed
Sending out monthly customer statements and generating ageing reports
Handling customer account queries with professionalism

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BASIC
Intermediate Excel skills ?
Strong attention to detail and organisation

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
