Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Operations Finance Controller to join our dynamic Operations team. This role is perfect for a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills who can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage chargeable works operations using advanced CRM systems

* Provide comprehensive data analysis and reporting for departmental KPIs

* Support operations leadership in performance optimization and compliance

* Monitor and report on maintenance activities

* Implement efficiency dashboards using Power BI

* Audit operational data for accuracy and completeness

* Drive continuous improvement in operational processes

Required Qualifications

* Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics

* Proven experience in operational data analysis

* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint

* Experience with CMMS/CAFM systems

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* Strong interpersonal abilities

* Genuine interest in sustainable energy solutions

Compensation Package

* Base Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 (depending on experience)

* Discretionary performance bonus

* 25 days annual leave (option to purchase/sell additional 5 days)
