Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), who specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for a remote Customer Support Advisor who's as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours - 8.30 - 4.30 Monday to Friday
This role is WFH/Remote but will require two days a month office work at our head office in Binley.
Key Responsibilities
Using Excel to generate & run reports
Processing customer orders
Outbound calls and emails to suppliers
Taking inbound customer service support calls
Liaising with different parts of the business
Attending customer meetings via teams
