Welfare Cleaner – Aldermaston, Reading (£15.50/hr, Long-Term Project)

* Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (9.5 hours paid)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleanerr to join a high-profile, government-sensitive project in Aldermaston, Reading. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, excellent pay, and the chance to lead a dedicated cleaning team on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cleaning and sanitising welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens, drying rooms, and communal areas.

* Ensuring all areas are kept tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels).

* Disposing of waste in accordance with site regulations.

* Reporting any maintenance or supply issues to the site manager.

* Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

* CSCS Card

* Previous experience in a cleaner role, ideally within a construction or government-sensitive environment

* Ability to pass a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check, which includes:

* Basic DBS check

* Employment history verification

* Address history check (All costs covered by us)
