Role: Fire & Security Sales Administrator - Fire & Security Systems
As a Fire & Security Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design team and ensuring smooth operations within the design department. You will handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional service to clients and internal teams alike.
You will Prepare and process quotes, proposals, and designs for fire and security systems.
Assist the team in managing leads, scheduling client meetings, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
Organize and update costing reports for the design team.
Ensure all paperwork aligns with industry regulations and standards.

EXPERIENCE - Fire & Security Sales Administrator - Fire & Security Systems
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role within Fire & Security is a bonus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong organisational and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
You must have a UK driving license.
You must be based in Leicestershire, or be commutable.
