Mechanical Construction Manager – South East London
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor that has recently secured a large, multi-phased project in South East London. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the mechanical package from pre-construction through to completion.
This contractor is known for delivering high-quality M&E projects across various sectors, offering a structured and well-supported environment. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual to drive this project forward.

The Role:
Managing the mechanical installation from pre-construction through to project completion.
Reviewing designs, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Working closely with the wider M&E team, project managers, and site personnel.
Ensuring strict health & safety compliance and best practices on-site.
Reporting project progress and addressing any challenges with senior management.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on large-scale projects.
Strong background in HVAC, pipework, and mechanical building services.
Ability to oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. What’s on Offer: ? £290 - £310 per day (CIS)
