Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and group support, ensuring students feel heard and supported.

* Help manage behaviour, attendance, and emotional well-being

* Be a trusted point of contact for students, parents and staff.

* Work closely with the pastoral and safeguarding teams to create a positve school culture.

* Support with mentoring, interventions, and student welfare initiatives

Who We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a similar pastoral role (school-based or youth-focused)

* A compassionate and patient individual who builds strong relationships.

* Someone with excellent communication shills and a proactive approach

Additional Information:

* Start Date: ASAP

* Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30

* Salary - £100 - £130 a day, depending on experience

* Enhanced DBS required (or willing to complete this check)
