Sustainability Consultant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancies who specialise in providing energy compliance and consultancy services to a range of innovative projects within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for a Sustainability Consultant who can hit the ground running for their energy team in their offices in Wakefield.

Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant include:

Carrying out SBEM Part L compliance calculations and reports
Use IES software to carry out overheating analysis, operational energy analysis, and daylight calculations
Help clients achieve Net Zero and ESG objectives through the provision of sustainable solutions
Help clients gain a better understanding of UK Building regulations such as Part L and Part OThe ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:

Good experience in a relevant engineering or consultancy role within the built environment industry
Proficiency with IES-VE software in regards to carrying out energy modelling to optimise building performance
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and legislations such as Part L compliance
Having a level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor qualification is beneficial but not essential
Excellent communication and presentation skillsBenefits of the role:
