A new opportunity has opened for a Cyber Security Manager with a background in UK Defence and Aerospace to lead a small team of dedicated Engineers focused on improving and maintaining critical secure networks.

The Role

This is a greenfield challenge that will involve designing and deploying secure network architectures, defining and implementing strategies to protect secure development and IT environments as well as overseeing resolutions and managing incidents.

You will manage a small team of engineers, liaise with senior stakeholders internally and externally while driving compliance to meet domestic and international security standards (MoD/NCSC/NIST).

Requirements

This role would suit a hands-on Cyber Security specialist with a background in Engineering, who understands network architecture, secure networks and UK Defence & Security Standards.

Essential:

* UK Defence & Aerospace experience

* Knowledge of NIST

* CISSP / CISM or equivalent experience

Beneficial:

* Active UK Security Clearance
