SEN Teaching Assistant - L15

Milk Education are recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant for a 1:1 SEND role in the L15 area of Liverpool to work on a long-term basis.

You will support a child with SEN in the classroom, the child already has a successful learning plan which you will continue to implement . You will have breaks throughout the day to take the child to the sensory room.

SEND Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

● Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

● Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs

● Deliver catch-up sessions

SEND Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:

● Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.

● Must have a passion for education

● Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

● Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
