We are seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Application Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly ASD.

• A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with ASD.
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student confidence and independence.
• Use strategies to manage challenging behaviors effectively, ensuring a safe and engaging learning space.
• Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure a consistent approach to support.
