Evolve are recruiting for a leading healthcare organisation that specialises in lifesaving medicines and technologies. They’re seeking a Business Development Manager with a focus on infusion to join their team. As part of this role, you’ll be maintaining and grow existing Infusion Technology business and profitability, whilst supporting and managing the business at both an operational and strategic level.
This is a full time field based role covering North, North Central, West and East London

Ideal Requirements for a Business Development Manager
* Proven sales success within Medical Devices at secondary care level.
* Ideally you will have experience in a clinical setting.
* Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
* Candidates with a pharmaceutical background will also be considered for this role.
Role Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager
* Identify and analyse the market, key customers, trends, NHS funding routes and purchasing bodies.
* Demonstrate key account management skills, listening to customer complaints and needs, understanding and addressing concerns in a reliable and efficient manner.
* Deliver excellent customer service whilst maintaining focus on the patients’ needs and consistently identifying opportunity to deliver added value.
