Salary: Up to £45k
Hours: Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join a large and growing FMCG manufacturing business based in South Wales. The company is undergoing significant growth and is looking for a strong leader to help support the production team during this exciting phase.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Manager:

Full accountability for your area, ensuring optimal performance, quality, safety, finished goods, and adherence to GMP standards.
Implement the department’s one-year strategic plan, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Coach and mentor your team, equipping them with the skills to meet their objectives and fostering development within their own teams.
Identify opportunities for greater efficiency in key areas, such as labor utilization, quality, waste reduction, materials, and packaging improvements.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a food manufacturing setting, ideally within a chilled environment. You will have a proven track record of leading multi-functional teams and possess excellent managerial skills, with the ability to coach and develop teams effectively.
