Description

The role is HR Manager will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Head of HR for this very well established and highly successful division of a prestigious brand.

You will act as strategic partner to key stakeholders at this flagship manufacturing plant and take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive, generalist and commercial HR service.

This will include but not limited to -

Implement and continually review HR policies, initiative and projects to support group objectives
Working with leadership to deliver on talent attraction, development and succession planning
Lead on early careers activities
Promote a culture of consistency, equality, and fairness in the handling of employee relations matters, challenging stakeholders where appropriate
Coaching and support of line managers regarding people matters
Main point of contact for union representatives on-site
Provide relevant HR data, KPIs and reports
Coordinate annual performance reviewsProfile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar generalist HR Manager role, ideally within a similar sector.

Job Offer

Up to £60000
An attractive bonus scheme worth up to 15%.
