My client, a leading Contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be part an important team leading a rail framework.

This company has secured a significant amount of work across the rail industry and is looking to expand their team.

The role will be based in York with some travel to Stratford or vice versa. It is hybrid so will be days from home if desired.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* NEC contract experience

* Professional membership with RICS or CICES (desirable).

* Experience in a civil engineering environment.

* Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
