Proline Care are seeking experienced Senior Childcare practitioner for a children's residential service in Nuneaton.

Vacancy details:

* Salary: from £30,000

* Permanent

* 40 hours a week

Responsibilities:

* To provide a safe and nurturing enviornment

* To effectivly lead shifts and support colleagues

* To manage health and safety processes in the home

* To be responsible for safeguarding and actively promoting the welfare of children and young people

* To be a positive role model

* To liaise with multidisciplinary teams

Experience/Requirements:

* 2 years expereince in children reisdential care

* Level 3 in Children and Young People

* Full UK driving licenCe

* Clear DBS
