I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a Foreman to help deliver a earthworks and remediation contract for a valued client in Essex. My client deliver projects ranging from infrastructure to industrial/ commercial developments.

Foreman responsibilities:

* Putting labour to work.

* Tool box talks.

* Plant & machinery inspections.

* Record keeping.

* Maintaining quality control.

* Ensuring health & safety compliance.

* Working alongside project management team.

* Liaising with the client.

Foreman requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* CSCS card - Gold/ Black.

* NVQ level 3.

* SSSTS/SMSTS.

* CPCS/NPORS - Desirable.

* Previous experience working in a foreman/ supervisor role.

* Previous bulk earthworks experience.

* Full UK driving licence.
