Assistant/Quantity Surveyor - Cardiff

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for an Assistant/Quantity Surveyor; this will be an office-based role in Cardiff.

This opportunity is working for a leading contractor who operate primarily within the commercial, industrial & education sectors.

Job role: Assistant/Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Duration: Permanent

Location: Cardiff, Wales

Assistant/Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

Concept design, cost estimation, and pricing.
Negotiating and presenting contracts (for both clients and subcontractors), as well as preparing tender documents.
Reviewing building contracts and analysing contract terms.
Measuring quantities and forecasting project cash flow.
Gathering and evaluating client requirements, including after-sales service and customer relationship management.
Conducting market analysis (e.g., identifying potential clients, projects, and competitors) and assisting in the development of business, product, and country strategies.Assistant/Quantity Surveyor Qualifications & Experience:

Successfully completed studies in the field of building construction management, estimating or quantity surveying.
Good industry knowledge.
