Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

* Design and implement an HR strategy that’s as clear as it is effective, creating streamlined systems and processes.

* Keep their policies and procedures fresh, up-to-date, and compliant with current legislation.

* Lead and nurture the development of their people, from onboarding to ongoing training.

* Drive recruitment efforts, championing workplace diversity alongside senior management.

* Manage and evolve their employee benefits program.

* Spearhead employee engagement, from fun team events to wellbeing initiatives.

* Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior management, because they need a little help too!

* Help shape our workplace culture into something they can all be proud of—positive vibes only!

About You:

* You’ve got solid experience running HR for a business and hold a CIPD qualification (level 5).

* Leadership is your middle name; you thrive on developing others and creating a supportive environment.

* Your knowledge of employment law and HR best practice is nothing short of exceptional.

* You’re people-oriented with a hands-on approach, boundless energy, and a commitment to getting things done.

* Communication is your superpower—you can engage and influence at all levels.
