1st Select Ltd is proud to partner with a leading national consultancy based in Leeds City Centre. We are seeking a skilled Project Building Surveyor with CAD expertise to join the team and manage minor works projects from inception to completion.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead and manage projects, focusing on non-housing stock, from start to finish.

* Provide technical advice and support to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

* Prepare specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new build projects.

* Oversee tendering, contract management, and project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.

* Conduct site surveys, including condition assessments, dilapidations, measured surveys, and defect analysis.

* Work on conservation projects, exploring materials, repair methods, and quality control.
