Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist based at our Audi dealership in Solihull.
The hours of work are 40 hours per week between 8:00am to 6:00pm (typically either 8am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm) Monday to Friday and working a Saturday on a rota basis. Once per month. Upon completion of a training period, some remote working days can be added into your work pattern. The basic salary for this position is £23,863 with a monthly bonus earning you up to £30,000 per annum.
After initial training is complete, hybrid working can be offered.
This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.
Role and Responsibilities
Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
Accurate data inputting of customer details
Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
Improve and drive lead conversions
Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
Adhering to brand standardsAbout you
Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
Self-motivated & target driven
Able to work on your own or as part of a team
Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
Competent using Microsoft Office
Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.What we offer
