Job Title: Packing Operative
Location: Kempston

Salary: £11.44 - £12.50

Summary of the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Final Assembly/Packing Operative to join our client's growing team. This role involves assembling aluminium and steel grilles and diffusers to exact company standards, performing quality checks, and preparing products for dispatch. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and adaptability are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform final assembly of grilles and diffusers using basic hand tools.
Conduct final inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.
Pack and palletize products, preparing them for dispatch.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Key Requirements:

Strong teamwork skills, demonstrating loyalty and commitment.
Basic numeracy and clear communication skills.
Experience with manual and power tools.
Ability to use measuring equipment accurately.
Physically fit with a "can-do" attitude.
Forklift license preferred but not essential.Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pmContract Type: Temp-to-Permanent
