SANZA Teaching Agency, an education specialist, is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a skilled School Finance Manager to join a large, dynamic school in Brent. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the school's finance department, starting as soon as possible, with a comprehensive 6-week handover period. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from £32,500 to £59,500, dependent on experience.

Job Description:

As the School Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the school. Your key duties will include:

Managing the school's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
Managing payroll, invoicing, and procurement processes
Liaising with external auditors and stakeholders
Providing strategic financial advice to senior leadership
Leading and developing the finance teamAbout the School:

Qualifications and Experience:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Proven experience as a School Finance Lead or in a similar role within an educational setting
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
A relevant degree or professional qualification in finance/accounting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
