A reputable company in the fire protection industry is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Kettering. If you have a strong background in contract management and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects, this role offers an exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation and execution to completion, ensuring all projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise, and implementing effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably within the fire protection or construction industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of contract law, industry regulations, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with fire protection systems and industry standards is a plus
