Cross-train team members to enhance flexibility and minimise operational disruptions from absences.

Manage the system for receiving, storing, and issuing inventory to production, suppliers, and customers.
Ensure materials are correctly identified and fully traceable, utilising MRP systems and processes.
Provide prompt kitting services for production and subcontracting tasks.
Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise staff, maintaining necessary records.
Perform additional tasks or projects as directed by the Materials Manager.Requirements:
Proficiency in MRP systems, inventory management, and traceability.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office.
At least 3 years of experience supervising or managing warehouse or stores teams.Physical Requirements:

Open-plan warehouse adjacent to production areas with variable temperatures; PPE will be provided as necessary
