Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in sourcing and attracting top IT talent for clients across various industries

* Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and match candidates with job requirements

* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

* Work closely with senior consultants to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

* Support in the negotiation of job offers and ensure a smooth recruitment process

* Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

* A strong interest in the IT sector and recruitment

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships

* A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not essential

* Motivated to learn and grow in the recruitment industry
