Project Manager – Construction Needed!

Location: Fareham, Portsmouth, PO16 Office based with site visits
Salary: Competitive + Company Vehicle, Pension, and Incentives +46k

About the Role:
We are working with a well-established project management firm that’s looking for an experienced Project Manager to help manage construction projects for major retailers like Asda, M&S, and Tesco. This role is based in Fareham and involves both office work and site visits to ensure projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project goals.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and quality.
Resolve any issues that arise during the project.
Provide regular updates to clients on project status.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (retail experience is a plus but not required).
Strong understanding of construction processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Full UK driving license (company vehicle provided).
Comfortable with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, project management tools).
