Our client, a well-established labels company based in Castleford, is looking for a skilled Digicon Operator to join their growing team. If you have experience in slitter/rewinding within labels or packaging, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading business in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the Digicon finishing equipment

Ensure high-quality standards in the production of labels

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed

Maintain safety and cleanliness in the production area

Work to tight production deadlines and ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience operating slitter/rewinder equipment within the labels or packaging industry (Digicon experience is highly desirable but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to various shifts

Shift Patterns:

Earlies: 06:00 to 13:30, Monday to Friday

Lates: 13:24 to 21:00, Monday to Thursday, 13:24 to 20:30, Friday

Nights: 20:50 to 06:12, Monday to Friday

Benefits:

Salary around £28,500 (based on experience)

28 days holiday including Bank Holidays (rising by 2 days per year)
