Job Specification:
The role reports to the onsite Facilities Manager together with working alongside the onsite cleaning team and hospitality assistant. 

Duties include-
To assist in the day to day running of the site with duties including but not limited to:
Concierge duties - meeting and greeting visitors to site
Assisting with residents as required
Logging parcels

Ideally seeking candidates who have previous FM experience, great customer service skills. Willingness also required to work flexibly.
